Each of us is a member of numerous circles of influence, such as the workplace, neighborhood, club or organization, school, center of faith, extended family, etc. In every area of our lives, whether we intend to or not, we make an impression upon others. That impression can make a difference in one or more person's actions. We need to learn how to work together now in order to help transform our circumstances and those of the upcoming generations. Reinforcing problem solving techniques through active and engaging methodologies is extremely satisfying and fun.

This hands-on workshop is designed to introduce participants to various conflict resolution skills through interactive discussions, practical explanations, and practice improvisations (to name a few) while improving communication skills and building imaginative problem solving muscles. It is highly interactive, and incorporates both written and verbal exercises. It may even improve memory skills. This workshop will:

• Support, strengthen and integrate teamwork concepts and principles.
• Promote the awareness, appreciation, and knowledge of diversity while building critical thinking skills.
• Encourage mindful examination of unique attributes of objects and people.

The information is arranged to be presented as either a one time only (up to three hours) workshop, or presented as a series of smaller time intervals.
